I found a full set of ignition coils on eBay for around $70.00. Would it be worth the buy?

 

Lol...you get what you pay for...myself...I would pass and get a set of OEM.

 

You get what you pay for, if you have the 5.4 you need to make sure they are for the 3 valve 5.4 and not the older 2 valve engine. I just replaced mine with some from Accel from Amazon for $220, very high quality and so far so great! All the reviews on them were nothing but positive as well.
