Default Changing transmission function

2004 F150 4.6, How can I delete the reduced power function when trans shifter is in 1st or 2nd position? I have an Edge Evo installed. TIA

what? Is there a light that says reduced power function when you are in 1st or 2nd? Never seen this, or maybe Im just not getting your question. I do have an Evo as well

Dont know how but not many people realise that there is in fact a torque derate when those gears are manually selected. To test this theory, slip it in to second at the proper speeds and accelerate slowly, then shift in drive and the power difference is noticeable even though it stays in second for a little bit.

oh ok I understand the question now. Not sure if the EVO adjusts itself for the manual placement of 1st and 2nd
