Default changing plugs, what else to do while at it

Hi guys,

So the plugs need to be changed on my 2005 5.4L 3v, wondering what else need/can be replaced at the same time.

I am thinking I will probably replace the injectors as well. there's extended warranty on them but there's only a few thousand miles left before the warranty goes out. There's a cheap set of OEM injectors on ebay (5C3Z-9F593-DC) and I thought maybe I will change them out at the same time.

What else should I do while I am at it? coils, wires? clean the throttle body?

thx in advance.

Clean TB, MAF, most likely replace FPDM. I hear that coils don't need to be replaced unless they fail. There's no point in replacing them if they function. Although they are fragile so you might break one when you do your plugs. Also, I would change the air and fuel filter as its cheap.
