Default Center console relocation

Ok so I have a buddy that im about to buy 2 15" Bose subs from but since I have a single cab the center console is kind of in the way of the box. The box will still fit but I can't use my middle seat like I would like to. Has anyone ever relocated there center console and moved it up a few more inches? If so can you tell me how you did it.

I haven't done it. but it should have two mounting brackets, 1 front and back... that you could move forward. you may have to trim the front edge a bit and/or make new mounting bracket to to keep it "level" like it is stock.... also be careful.. there is an airbag module in this location if I remember correctly.

Alright thanks! And ill have the guy selling me the system look at it. He is a certified mechanic and has worked on trucks like mine so I'm sure he will know more than I do about that.

Has no one done this? It seems like it would be a common thing for single cab truck owners to have more room.
