2008 6 cd player doesn't want to load- or eject.
Shows "cd error" or "no disc".
Got any ideas??

I just had the same problem I took out the radio then I removed the top of the radio then took out the CD changer then I smacked it on the kitchen table then I bolted it back back up and presto it works now

 

I've got the same problem with my 04. Haven't taken it apart yet but its on the to do list.

 

We had this issue on a Focus (I believe the player is pretty similar). Anyways, the first time we pulled the battery to reset it. The second time we found two buttons to hold while turning it on and it performed a reset (re-scanning all disks). I can't remember the buttons but you could try the battery or fuse to reset the radio?
