Oh well i be damned hahaha thanks! I'll have to do that tomorrow. I got some new mounts for my antennas that I'd like to mount tomorrow so I'll go ahead and do that as well. I just did it like that real quick bc it was starting to get dark

Do the 04-08 F150s have a slight tilt ontop of the bed sides? I've got a crew cab short bed, pretty sure the bed has stake pockets on it, but I'm worried if I were to buy stake pocket mounts and do the installation that the antennas would turn out to be leaning to the side.

anybody ever come up with a mirror mount solution?

i love the look of mirror mount whips, but it sure is more difficult nowadays with all this plastic instead of the good ol' metal mirrors from back in the day.

i'll probably update to the extended tow mirrors first before trying to mount to the mirrors. should look more "big rig". :-)
