Yes the 94306's have the O2 bung there, the 94106's will need a bung welded after the cat. Either ones will just be cut out the old cats and weld the new ones in place. It's not a perfect fit but it's the best there is. They'll both be about the same volume, the 94306 may be a little quieter but not much.
