Just last Friday I traded in my 11' f150 screw 5.0f For an 05 super cab lariat 5.5ft bed 4x4 (wanted to cut my payments in half). So Carmax had what I wanted, gave me a decent offer on my trade, and away I went. I was Leary buying an 05 5.4 because the cam phaser issue, but this truck sounded smooth as silk. Needless to say when I pulled it in my garage Friday nite after driving it 30 minutes home, cam phasers were knocking slightly. I though ****. I know exactly what that is, but how am I going to convince carmax to fix this issue? Took it back Monday morning, explained my concern, and that I thought it was the phasers, and they called me back 3 hrs later and said "yes Mr. Greer, we had our ford specialist look at your truck and we will be replacing both phasers, tensioners, and all necessary gaskets no charge."

Also I had mentioned that I noticed a small dent in the front bumper that I didn't see until I took delivery of the truck and they are replacing the bumper as well for free! WTF!?! Talk about no questions asked customer service!!!

This is the 4th vehicle my wife and I have bought from the same sweet old lady (Connie) sales person at carmax in OKC and I can honestly say they are an amazing company!
