I have a 2008 f-150 60 anniversary edition. I have the cargo system with the tool boxes. When I opened them up today they both had water inside of them. I called ford but they said the three year warranty ran out last week. Does anyone have any solutions and does anyone know how much two new ones would cost?

make a hole in the bottom of them for draining? or if they have a hole already, check if is clean.

im not sure how tight are the cover of those toolbox, maybe a pic will help. but if you think that they got water maybe from the sides of the cover, then maybe some silicone will help to make them water tight.

if the cover of the boxes dont have sides and the water gets from there, consider to add some rubber or something to help it
