is there such a thing for trucks like you can get on boats where you press a button and it goes from muffler to straightpipe?
Like a mechanical tube or something that went into a muffler but then when activated dumps it right be4 the muffler or into another pipe?

Yes there is. Its caled an electric cutout. Or you can get a manual one/2
