I would say one of the COP's is on the fritz, all he needs to do is unplug them one by one and if it runs worse after one is unplugged then that COP is fine. If when you unplug one and the engine stays the same then that's the bad COP. I would do that first and then try and figure out the codes, eliminate the miss and then diagnose the codes!

Someone could tell me if I cam wrong, but I have heard that there is a noticeable smell from a bad COP. Is this true?
