Default Camshafts for 2004 F-150

Hi Everyone, I am new to the forum. I have a 2004 F150 5.4L Lariat, and I need to get new camshafts and followers according to my mechanic. I can't seem to find stock ones and the high performance ones ask for an RPM range and I'm not sure which range to be looking for. Has anyone else had new camshafts put in a 2004 model and does anyone have any recommendations? I'm trying to get my truck back on the road so I can drive it from Alaska to California as I'm moving due to asthma. Thank you for the help!

I found this one on Autozone, I just want to double check I'm getting the right thing. https://www.autozone.com/engine/perf...97153_961065_0

At a minimum, you're probably going to need a new tune for those cams. That's a whole other can of worms you're opening by going with performance cams. I'd look for OEMs. Also, the cams you linked are 2v cams. You need 3 valve, unless your truck is a heritage.
Edit: 04 Heritage is an 03 carryover. Essentially, an 03 design sold as an 04.

Thanks Mulestang, I can't seem to find OEMs online or calling O'Reillys or Autozone. I suppose my best bet is just to call my local ford dealer to order the OEM cams?

I found these on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-NEW-200...-/271931473974

They say 3v OEM.

Don't trust ebay with OEM claims. Use Tasca Auto Parts for OEM. Here you go: https://www.tascaparts.com/?p=catalo...h_str=camshaft

The first four cams you see are identical, one is for the left one is for the right.
