truck was running really rough on start up, after it warmed up it would get better but still had a little roughness. after diagnostic the shop said rocker arm was not moving as it should, said camshaft needs to be replaced. does this sound right? wouldnt it be rough all the time if camshaft was bad? could the computer be adjusting for bad camshaft?
