Default Cam Phaser Difference? Left & Right

So I bought a 05 F150 from a auction, has the 5.4 3v in it. It was throwing a few codes, i replaced VCT's and cam shaft position sensors and it didnt fix it so I took off front cover and a guide was broken. I was told that someone replaced the phasers not to long ago on this motor. Upon opening up, I found the phaser marked R on the driver side of the motor(bank 2), And the phaser marked L on passenger side(bank 1) This is wrong I believe because the tensioners are criss crossed, R tensioner is on passenger side and L tensioner is on driver side. I bought a new kit without the phaser to replace the guides and tensioners and chains since it came with it. It jumped timing unless someone did not install right which is what i am believing. The colored marks on bank 2 are two off I will include pictures, no color marks on bank 1 side chain. So what i am wondering is do I need to switch the phasers around or are they theoretically the same? I dont plan on replacing the phasers because the truck was very quiet, heard a little rattle on start up one morning then it stopped so i took front cover off to take a peak. The phasers look good as far as teeth and stuff, really dont want to replace them.

Default There are no left or right phasors , they are dual marked

If you are at the timing point --gear dot at 6 oclock and cly 1 and 5 cam lobes pointing in correct direction your phasors will be l up on drivers side== r up on pass side . however the chains must be installed at this point . with the two marked links straddling the l or r and the single marked link on the gear dot . Without removing chains this exact combination will only occur once each 122 revolutions. So set crank and cams at correct orientation and then remove chains and reinstall with marked links as indicated. Once installed with tensioners you must turn crank by hand two clockwise revs to prove no valve contact --yes you will lose timing line up for 122 revs . Yes drivers side tensioner is L. If you don't have colored links to can fold chain and mark your own .
