Anyone know of a phone # I can call to complain to ford motor com. ? Everytime i drive my truck that ticking drives me crazy I shouldn't have to wait for a code to pop up for them to fix it (under warranty ) !

 

You can always call corporate but the first thing they're going to want to know is if you've contacted your local dealership and tried to have the problem solved. Look in your owners manual for a number to the corporate offices.

I had a problem getting floormats for my Grand Prix when I bought it new. After a week and a half of getting the run around from the dealership I called corporate Pontiac and had my mats within 3 days. It's a shame that we as consumers have to go that far up the ladder but corporate can get stuff done if you show them that you're upset.
