I've read that using them together causes your truck to run lean, is this true? Anybody running both with canned tunes with no problem?

 

yea the edge evo canned tunes are suppose to be used with a stock intake and truck, but i have the 4.6l with an CAI and the edge and have not had any problems at all. not even running lean; even at WOT. now the 5.4 has more problems with running lean and a CAI

 

As stated above the canned tunes are meant to run with a stock truck. That being said, I see you have the 4.6 you shouldn't have problems but you aren't taking full advantage of the CAI. A custom tune would be needed to fully adjust for the CAI.
