Default Cab mount irregularities

I noticed this for the rear cab mount on the passenger side:

And this for the exact same position on the driver side:

The driver side looks like it's not aligned right when you look at it from the side. Is this normal? I do hear a clunk that sounds like either the cab or bed shifting when going around a corner with a little bit of uneven pavement.

Were your bolts set up the same way at the rear of the cab- one facing up and the other facing down, driver vs passenger side? Mine is a 05 SCrew.

yes they are the same as yours kinda weird if you ask me, but anyways the easiet way to tighten the bolts is to remove the seat the back rest part only and tighten the bolts down.

i have an 06 screw and im sure it should be the same.

Must have something to do with the assembly line- likely easier to.put them in that way. The misalignment on the driver side that you can see in the pic above concerns me.

I would be concerned about that as well. I have yet to take a look at mine. I can already tell that the bed is not properly aligned or the previous owner bent the frame a little bit.
