on my 06 lariat, my ac just aint working... apparently the gages were hooked up and the system is charged.. when turning on the ac, the motors rpm drops, as if the compressor is running... but thats it..

any suggestions?

switches?
relays?
plugs to look for?

Is this the "auto climate control" type system? That's a pricy module.

It was reported the other day that someones actuator door was bad, and another reported the foam seal(s) were bad, but this caused the air not to flow from just one or more vents.

I suspect the auto climate control module.
