Default A/C issue

Ok well i noticed this today when i went to put my a/c on....i had it on full blast and it just wasnt coming out so hard or as hard as ive remembered it coming out in past...is there some kind of normal issue that happens with these trucks and there A/C? Or something i can do to fix this to blow out harder w/o going to a mechanic?

Cabin Air Filter may be plugged... If it has one...

Or your fresh air intake may be plugged up.

does it change when you put it into Max AC position, Max AC takes the air from inside the cabin and cools it.
