Default A/C hesitation

I have a 2006 F1 50 and my air-condition hesitates sometimes for 10 seconds, does anybody know what the problem could be?

Define hesitates. We need a little more info to properly help you. Is it after the AC blows cold? As in it blows cold, then blows hot for 10 seconds or so then back cold? Or is it like after you flip the switch it hesitates before coming on?

I have a 2004 lariat. 5.4 liter and the issue "was" a delay in response to pushing one of the vent buttons. I would press floor and it would go defrost, then magically 2 minutes later in would then change to floor......hit front vent and maybe it would change 2 minutes later but then 2 minutes later it would go defrost. I took a chance on a used control panel and swapped it out..... it was a simple fix but after reading 10 post about doors behind the dash I started to freak a bit. Im glad I didn't jump right into that line of thinking. I also had a window/windows issue......ended up being a broken gray wire in the door harness within the rubber boot near the hinge.

The control module is what I was thinking was the issue. My dad had an 06 F-150 that got a new control module. I don't remember why it got replaced but I believe it was the hesitation y'all are describing
