Default C/C indicator lamp

07 Screw Lariat. My cruise control still works as normal, but earlier this week the indicator lamp has quit working. Any thoughts?

It’s a filament bulb, not LED? How hard is it to change for a DIY? Can anyone provide some direction?

This will show you most of the process. Its not too dificult and I can't tell you for sure if its LED or filament. My guess is its a filament only a few of the main ones are LED. Only part of the video to ignore is when he cuts the plastic on the back of the cluster. There are just like 6 or 8 little bolts to remove the plastic backing then you can see all the serviceable bulbs. Find the CC one and try replacing it.

The only leds are for the warning indicators. All of those other bulbs are incandescent and are replaceable. You can use leds if you’d like. That’s what I did with all of them after my odometer light burned out.

You have 6 bulbs for the back lights and one bulb for each of the following: odometer, cruise, high beam and each turn signal.

I did a write up on another site a couple years back. Just don’t touch the needles like I did (curiosity) as there’s no need to mess with them for bulb replaments.
