Butt/Back Sweat
Yikes, Butt sweat; this is however a topic that's not been discussed here before.
Some of the luxury vehicles have air conditioned seats; the seats actually blow air through tiny holes in the seat covers. It would take some fancy duct work to plum this all in though. I googled to see if there were any seats that had fans installed in the lower seat bottom, but did not find anything.
Try some baby powder to the backside before you drive.

No one likes butt/back sweat.
My XLT currently has Tan Cloth Seats in it. Is there any way to add cooled seats to it? I know a guy can put in heated seats no problem. but is there any type of aftermarket kit that a guy can purchase and put in? I CANT HANDLE THE BUTT SWEAT ANYMORE!

I gotta say, this thread made me smile. It was more enjoyable than the usual oil, oil filter, and "how can I make my truck go faster" posts that frequent this forum lately.
And the cream.....funny!
I know the OP was serious, so hopefully he got some good info out of it. That cover thing that GATORB8 listed seems like it could work, although the reviews are mixed (not enough air flow). Maybe buy it and install a 12 volt PC fan in it (turbo charged).

Glad I could bring up such a nice topic to be discussed. I guess its mostly envy of my fathers '10 lariat crew. Ill just have to suck it up and deal with it. Im thinking about getting a good visor for my windshield and calling it good. any recomendations or should i just hit up wally world for the cheap-o onsize fits all kinda thing?
I think i have a DIY solution to this ...uhm... issue:
Get a power converter. Plugs into your cig lighter in the read (if you have one, if not just use the front) and put a little $5 wal-mart fan on the rear floor pointing at the crack of the seat! Use a piece of 1" tall x 1" deep (or square ?? better coverage) PVC or something in the crack of the seat to allow the air through. Perfect solution.

They make remote starts that work with an application on a smart phone. Maybe you could get one of them installed and use it to start your truck up halfway through the walk.
Sadly, swamp *** is a fact of life and it doesn't just effect the hefty...I feel your pain, and I'm 195lbs.
