If I let go of brake then the rom goes up with vehicle speed. Is this normal? Shouldn't I be able to smoke tires in a 2wd truck??
Haha I can break my 35s loose with my V6. It's a lil more tricky since I have to hold clutch gas and then let off clutch to brake immediately. Wouldn't recommend it though. Seen many a rearend scattered because of brake torqueing

Don't know bout the rest of y'all, but I'm enjoying the one sided pissing contest going on.

All the rear ends or yokes, or trannys i've seen break are on commuter cars, or on extremely modified racecars and pull trucks. I assume if you're lookin' to do burnouts you know the risks and are willing to take them and pay for stuff that brakes. [haha brakes...get it]

Try not holding the brake all the way down, like someone said before, that and gradually but quickly getting on the gas works for me. My truck wont break em free if im full braked. Enjoy, and

Just be smart where you do it, my father taught me "there's a time and a place for everything" I like to couple that with a friend's saying "they're called backroads for a reason."

For being a stupid thread it sure is getting a lot of posts. I think it is funny how many people are getting mad at this guy for wanting to have some fun in his truck.

I've done one full burn out, wears stuff out too fast. Now I just hold it till they break loose, and let off the brake. My 5.4 will burn my 33's easily. And of course I did this in my drive way! Never on the road! Haha
