Well, I have (kinda) figured out what bumper. Lights, different story. I actually don't think I'm gonna go with the bumper in the picture. I was thinking between a Boondock bumper w/ grille guard, or the Iron Bull "Defender 8." Only because those bumpers look like they may fit my truck better, and the Iron Bull bumpers already have a "liner" on them. As for the lights, since I got the "green light" from a shop near by (we've become business partners ), I will definitely use one of my ideas with the bumper I get. I have thrown out project 4. I'm thinking between Project 1 (my original idea), and yes, Project 2 . When the time comes, more thought will be put into it. I can tell you one thing for sure, its gonna be custom .

 

Gotcha, do what you think will benefit - not only for yourself, but for the truck as well. I really can't tell you which bumper to pick because I do not have enough knowledge about them. I can tell you which light set-up would look killer and effective on your truck though! Oh, its gonna be custom-made for sure

 

Yeah, I know the main reason I'm getting one, besides "beastly" looks, I want my truck to be protected from anything dumb that jumps out infront of my truck. That is including deer, anyone dumb driving (especially when I can't brake in time from somebody cutting me off), and zombies . I am also going to be getting a winch for it as well; for all of those times somebody "else" need to get unstuck. The lights, well the lights WILL help out in many ways, many ways indeed.
