Default Broken Plug Tool?

Ive been wanting to change my plugs but don't think I'm mechanically inclined enough to remove the head if I have some break off but I seen a tool online that is supposedly made just for that. Does anyone know if it works or is it just as aggravating?

Lisle spark plug tool is what most folk use for snapped plugs

Do they work good could an average person change their plugs if they have that tool?

Ya what I gathered from other post and threads....most people can do this at home with alot of patience and forum readings
