OK all, I am mechanically inclined, and not afraid to do the job, but I can't find the necessary steps to do the replacement. I'd rather spend $5 and do it myself than spend $700 to have a shop do it.

Anyone have a manual with info?

 

hey i know your post was a little over a year ago, but how did you resolve this? i think my 06 is going through some servo band problems, and have no clue how to replace it, my truck will work up to about 40mph with overdrive engaged but then acts like it drops into nuetral so i have to take o/d off in order for my truck to work fine... i just replaced the speed sensor which a buddy thought was the issue but the more i research i find the o/d servo band seems to be the fix...
