2007 F150 4.6 L. Broke the middle spring on the drivers side. Need to know what to get for parts other than the actual leaf. All the shackels are in good condition with no rust. Truck is a 4x4. Also do I need to remove any parts IE the fuel tank to do this job. any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

 

I changed my leaf springs out to lower my truck, and its a pain... you have to drop the fuel tank to get the bolt out on the left spring.. The right side you need to pull a exhaust hanger.

No easy way around it. Sorry...
