I was thinking HID as well. You'll hear people say not to put them in stock lights and that's up to you, but from what I've seen they do great in stock lights and really improve visability. I don't personally have experience with them though.

this isn't really a solution but leveling kits make your lights twice as good due to the fact that they are raised a good bit haha

^haha. That's one way to look at it, or just adjust them up! But for $100 you can get an HID bixenon kit from jon_to in the vendor section. Go in and read reviews of the kit from ACTUAL buyers. Most of the people saying his are not good and are cheap don't have them. I do, and they are great. Get a set of 5000k bulbs (white with no blue tint). Worth every penny and 1000X better than silverstar halogens. I used to have a real hard time seeing at night, now I have no problems.

www.ddmtuning.com

They're cheap and simple to install. I've put them in every car I've owned for the past 7 years and never had an issue. (4 cars) Even had them in my 4runner and they did an awesome job of lighting up the road. I wouldn't recommend any higher than 4500K temp if you're looking for the brightest and most stock look. They are a direct plug and play with the factory harness, you just have to find a place to mount the ballast.

you can get a single low beam kit off ebay for like 55 shipped. a little more than a pair of silverstars which blow out in like 8 months. and they use 20 less watts. and definatly dont get anything over 5/6k for the heads if you do. mine are super white and i love them. i dont even need high beams as i have 8k's in the fogs
