bright lights

bright lights
recently the blue light in the truck that signals that my bright lights are on quit working... anyone know how to fix this? its very easy to forget to dim your lights without this ....also my shifter lights quit working any ideas there? i didnt see any fuses for them and dont wanna tear it apart until i know if its just a bulb or what? thanks for all the help
