Glad to hear you didn't spend thousands at the shop for this fix... It amazes me that some people don't spend time researching before they pay shops money to fix stuff. This forum has made my truck have no "real" problems because everyone else has been through it before.

 

With that said, make cleaning the throttle body and MAF part of your regular maintenance. My ranger liked it every 20k so I carried that over to my truck
