hey guys, the owners manual sucks majorly with this subject.
How do i hook up the blue tooth in a 2006 GT-R with the 6 disk/mp3 radio?
also where is the factory AUX port?

The factory 6 disk doesn't have bluetooth.

The AUX plug is on the back of the radio, you'll need the PIE adapter to use it:

 

And that would explain why the owners manual sucks when describing the bluetooth function of a 2006 Ford radio!

 

Just installed the PAC FRD04-AUX This weekend.... now I 'm asking Myself Why I didn't do it sooner. I bought a Schoshe Bluetooth Adapter from Walmart for $28 and now I have handsfree bluetooth phone calls and streaming audio.... Love it!
