Ok so I wanted my map and dome lights Blue. I thought it would be different and it would match my amps blue light in the back . I got the map lights in today and it took less then 2 min too install. The dome light should come in Tuesday. I will add night pics up soon.

They do give out a ample amount of light while still emmitting a nice blue light.

They are pretty bright, later I will put up pics at night.

I might upload a video of how to do it. But for now if there are any questions on how to get to the light check these videos out:

All lights found on Ebay: Total $12

Front Map light : 192 t10 Below is how to get to the lights.
(Note first time it is pretty hard to yank off. Just takes some force.)

Back dome light: 42mm

How hard is it to get the light covers off? Looks like it's a pain.

Not that hard. Just got to put some force into pulling it off for the first time.

I just did this to mine too. It's adds a totally different feel to the inside of the truck. I love it.

This looks very cool, nice work. Question for all you experts, I have a Honda Ody that has an amber light that is lit at night so you can see in the car. It does not affect vision outside and is located in the same map light area. How could I wire one up and has anyone done this? Thanks

I have the same. Blue in the front map lights and cargo bed lights, white in the back seat dome light and license plate lights.. love it but the blue takes some getting used to at night lol
