Just wanted to pass this along. The blower motor would work on speed 3 and 4 but not 1 or 2. I opened the glove box door and squeezed sides so the stop could pass and let the lid go all the way down. Did not have to remove it completely like the manual states.

I removed the resistor network and using an ohm meter checked all pins. Open circuit between all pins. I had the meter with me when I picked up the new one. New checked low ohms between all pins. Needless to say this fixed the problem.
