Default Blend door issues?

Just bought an 05 f150 Lariat was going thru checking things and this morning found the heat is not moving from defrost to floor or vents. Actually just seems like its blowing around in the dash a lot when on high.
Is this a possible hose or two off from something or a broken blendor?

Im more used to how 18 wheelers work that light duty pickups... Any suggestions or is this more of a pain in the butt to look at and take it to a repair place?

You can look up under the dash and see if the actuator motor is attempting to move the blend door. If not then the motor may be bad. If it is attempting to move but it is not moving then it is a common problem for these trucks. Dirttracker has a good write up on how to fix it. Basically the foam seal on the blend door comes loose and jams the door up. Ill see if I can find the write up.
