Ford isn't pushing them because they are made by a company called Tuscany, and not a "factory " conversion. The dealers can buy them for resale on their lots. The dealership I work at supplies them with the Ford parts they use for the conversion.

It caught my eye as well. But, earlier posters are correct they do sit on the lot for a long time, but thats a good thing, I was able to knock the price of the truck down quite a bit cause the sales manager was wanting to "get rid" of it. (and also allowed me the time to talk my wife into allowing me to get it) Only got it for a few thousand over what the original msrp was for an FX4 before the conversion by Tuscany. Plus all the mods are covered under the warranty.

you can buy a loaded fx4 and do the extras yourself, cheaper.... and with the exact tires, wheels accessories you want... not what the dealer has chosen for you...
