Trust me the ride is amazing compared to the F250. I sold mine for my current truck (F150) and I know about a harsh ride I had the truck stock and with a 11" Lift on 38s the F150 rides amazing compared to that.

I answered on another posting but I also bought the HD Shocks Bilstein...I have noticed very little improvement from the stock shocks...2006 F150 XLT Supercab. A bit disappointed! I got from Tirerack just over $300 which is the best price I found. I have an exaggerated bounce on the front end even after the switch. If anyone has any ideas on this please post. I hit a bump and it feels like a spring with a somewhat loud thud when hitting a higher pavement. Again disappointed

I now run the Bilstein 2" and they have plenty of space, good angles, and ride great. They are designed for off roading if you go stock size you can get either street or off road designs. I still run skyjacker shocks in back that came with the AAL so I'm no help there.
I have a strut that is leaking oil?when I change my "shocks" do they change the strut and spring or just the spring?

Bilstein are probably the best shocks out there. They are OEM on Toyota pickups.
Love mine.
