Default Bigger tires?

I have a '08 KR screw leveled with factory 18x7.5 wheels. I'm running the toyo at2 in a 285/65r18 and I like the width of the 285 and I like my KR wheels but for my next set I want them to be a little taller. I have narrowed it down to either the bfg ko2 or the toyo rt. What other sizes would work? Thanks for any input

I think I'm going with a 275/70, better price and a better fitment for my 7.5 wheel according to discount tire. They said a 285 is really the max you want to go for that width wheel and the only tire you can get in a 285/70 is a mt, that size is not cheap either. Thanks for link to the comparison chart

I read the wheel fitment sticky and supposedly I can run a 35x12.50 on a stock wheel? That sounds too wide for a 7.5 wheel
