Default Big Tire Question

What are the guys that run 35's (Big Tires) doing should they get a flat tire on the road. I doubt the little junky jack can really do anything as far as lifting is concerned. Did you just say "screw it" i'll just call AAA and deal with it then? I'm new to the 35 scene and need to get a tire rod kit (17" spare) and personally think grabbing a factory jack will be useless.

Maybe just throw in a short piece of 2x6 material? That is about the difference the axle sits above the ground than stock.
