Plan on getting a new muffler but I am torn between Dynomax and flowmaster. Any thoughts?

 

Magnaflow! I have them and love the sound and performance without pissing off the whole street.

 

Magnaflow, they make mufflers from tame to realllly loud. I've got one of their louder one's and might even go for one of there race mufflers one day.

 

Flowmaster!! I have the 40 series and I love them!!!

 

If you go with the DynoMax get the UltraFlo system because it is a straight thru muffler just like the Magna Flow. If you choose the Flowmaster I believe the majority on this site run the original 40 series, but you would have to ask around. The main thing to remember is to get mandrel-bent pipes, if they are available in your area if you are going the custom bent route.

I got the Flowmaster Super 40 and they sound pretty good.

Agressive sound without waking up half the block..

 

^^^^I agree. It sounds good at WOT but there's really no drone in the cab at cruising speeds. I've had mine for about a year now and I'm very pleased with it.
