Best Manifold stud?

Recently purchased a new set of long tube headers for my truck.
Is it best to use new OEM studs when installing them or is there a better aftermarket option to go with?
Engine is a 5.4

Stainless steel is the only way to go. Are you installing yourself?

Stainless steel on mine when I did replacement manifolds. On eBay there is a company that sells them. Look them up, that was the best price I could find too
