I just installed a MBRP t409 stainless cat back sido side exits, and it sounds great. I had a magnaflow sido on my chevy, but didn't want to spend close to 700 again, and wanted something that not everyone had. This thing sounds really really deep with the MBRP. It is a little louder than I expected, and sounds a little more 'straight pipe' sound than the magnaflow I was used to. I am very satisfied with the exhaust and it bolted right on with no modification.
Before I installed it, I painted all the pipes with a high-temperature ceramic-based paint (black) to help protect it from rust. For the money I spent on the kit ($417) I would have been hard pressed to find something manufactured so well that was specifically made for my truck.

I installed the MBRP S5204AL kit today and I really like how it sounds.
Before I installed it, I painted all the pipes with a high-temperature ceramic-based paint (black) to help protect it from rust. For the money I spent on the kit ($417) I would have been hard pressed to find something manufactured so well that was specifically made for my truck.
