Default Bent Rear Bumper

Hello everyone!
Sorry if this isn't the appropriate place: My truck was rear ended in a parking lot. I plan on taking it to a body shop to see what they can do, but I was wondering if you all had any suggestions. Is there any way the bumper can just be bent back up? Do you think it's a bracket issue, or will it need another bumper? The bed and everything else is perfectly fine.

Thanks a lot!

EDIT: Sorry they uploaded sideways, I am not sure how to change it.

I'm kind of concerned that your frame is bent. Its not uncommon for the bumper to get pushed down in its mounts, but your receiver hitch is pushed down also, and those things are securely attached to the frame with some pretty substantial brackets. Hope I'm wrong!

Thanks for your reply! Everything seems pretty straight when I'm looking under there, but I'm not an expert. I'll keep the bent frame in mind!
