Looking to get a ranch hand for my 06 crew cab lariat. I've heard this is possible but wondering if anyone has done it or if it looks good or if it's even possible. I want to get it painted to match the gold trim along the bottom but a buddy told me to have it bed lined then have it painted gold. Any comments on how that would look?

 

Just get it coated in line-x. They can color match anything.

Heh it's pretty expensive, but just locate a dealer near you, and give them a call. I'm sure since it's just a bumper it will be considerably cheaper than an entire truck bed but the color match is definitely more expensive than the standard or premium bed liner.

They might appreciate it if it was off the truck, or maybe not cuz they would have to suspend it in the air somehow. Idk, just some things to consider and ask them when you call.

I actually meant Line-x Dealer when I said "Dealer" but I know some Ford Dealers out source their bed lining to a Line-x dealer if you are willing to cough up some dough.

And no not all of the line-x dealers do color match as it is an expensive option upgrade.
