Question Bed on lean! Need more help?????????????

I need some help with a strange problem. I have a 05 screw with the 6ft bed and the bed is leaning to one side, cant tell if one side is high or the other is low. Its primarily at the rear of the bed. There are no leaks from the shocks and the leaf springs are in tact and connected. Shocks don't appear to be stuck since they are moving when I shake the truck. I haven't been in any accidents or hit any bad potholes. The truck usually just sits in the garage since my wife and i work from home. Anyone had this issue or know of a service bulletin?

Need more help to determine possible causes.

Have you checked the actual bed mount locations? Look in the bed area; you'll see the large hex bolts that mount the bed to the frame. Now crawl underneath at these locations to see if one side or the other came loose.

It seems this came up once before and one member stated there are no rubber bushings between the bed and frame; I find this strange, as it would cause the bed to rattle over time. At the very least, I'd think there would be at least a strong nylon washer. In any event, examine these mounting locations.
It may also be possible you have one side of the trucks leaf springs sagging, but this would be highly unusual on the age of this truck unless it was abused with overweight towing. A bad shock would not cause sagging in the rear with leaf springs unless they were repaced with wrong ones (possibly too short).

I'll also assume you're the original owner, or that the truck just recently began to show this sag. If you're not the original owner, and the truck had this sag when you bought it, another unlikely place to examine would be frame twist in the rear, caused by an accident at the rear.

Default Bed on Lean???

I've just looked under the truck and nothing is out of place. I purchased the truck new. No accidents, no towing in 2 years and never abused when I did. Only a few cars and trailers with 8k max weight. This is a new issue. Have a bed liner so unable to see the hex bolts in the bed but there are no gaps between the bed and frame. Does anyone know how the measure the leaf springs. I don't know how the frame could have twisted (no offroad, no accidents). The truck only has 70k on it. I'm thinking one side is low.

Then it's gotta be a rear suspension issue.
