i didnt even realize they made those in 2001. i bought one off of craigslist as well though and it worked fine. not sure what year it came off of but it wasnt further than a year or two away from mine... im GUESSING yes, but i would definitely try and put it in your truck before buying lol.. and make sure your truck has the little prongs mounted on the back wall of the bed.. like you, i looked around and couldnt find the dimensions for the beds. good luck bud

 

No it does not have the clips, i am betting i can buy the hardware seperately.
