Default Battery relearn process

Does anyone have any relearn process... My truck has always had problems with the relearn process.. Sometimes takeing up-to 10k miles before it starts running correctly... Leaving my to drive with both feet coming to a stop sign or sitting at idle most of the time..

Battery went dead a few months back.. And i charged it and then did the relearn process.. Didn't help... Have tried it a few times after that.. Different things..each time....

I have been driving it for about a month now..And im just tired of it.

Thinking about taking it to the dealer and see if they can reprogram it..Unless anyone has any suggestions

It shouldn't take 10K miles for your truck to run correctly. Something is going on. Throwing any codes? Spark plugs? Alternator?

Done mine twice. Took maybe twenty minutes to relearn. Cleaned the maf both times, but that can't be it. And after a day or two, re calibrated the throttle.
Good luck Bob.
