Default Basic coolant question

Basic question. I don't have my owners manual but yes I am searching elsewhere, this is one of my (more trusted) research avenues. I need to flush my coolant and replace. When my system is fully drained, what type of coolant do I buy and how much? How many jugs? How much distilled water do I mix/add? Looking for type and quantities only. I know the procedure.
2007 F150 FX4 5.4 in Canada. I live in Vancouver so it rarely gets below freezing here. Thanks.

I use Zerex G-05
You can buy the mix, or straight coolant and mix per instructions.
If memory serves me correct....it's around 20 quarts....so....5 gallons

G05 or Motorcraft Gold. 6 in one, half dozen in the other.

If you do a complete drain. 2 gals of concentrate will be fine and then fill the rest with water. Should give you about a 60/40 mix.
