Default Ball joints

I have an 06 F-150 4x4 with 203,000 miles. The truck has the Rancho Quick Lift levelling kit. Last week I had 315/70/17 BFG KO2s installed. The tire shop says the upper ball joints are bad. From what I've read, to replace the upper ball joints, I have to replace the entire upper control arm. The lower ball joints were replaced at 145,000 miles, so they have 60,000 miles on them. So, here's my question- since I'm gonna have a half day tied up doing the upper, should I go ahead and do the lowers, or do y'all think just leave em alone?
Thanks.

What brand did use? If you used something top tier like TRW or Moog and if there's no slack, I'd let em roll. Just my two pennies.

Personally, whenever I do balljoints I do uppers and lowers. You've already got it torn apart, so why not.
