Thank you everyone. I'm just trying to give the ways I do it which for me has been a very good method. If you want to do it differently that's fine too but doesn't mean my way is wrong just because its not your way of choice.. those cobalt bushing are great pay 2.4 for both side and I found away to do them in around a half hr to 45 min. After removing the CA I use a air chisel and fold over the cup of the bushing and they fall right out.. I took a idler pulley from a trailblazer and knocked the bearing out. Then I use the pulley and a vice to press the new one in square then take my hammer attachment for my air chisel and tap them the rest of the way in. Works like a charm..

The ones I did we're so worn that the bushing just fell out. In cut the metal ring in half with a Dremel and punched it out. I simply used a 6 1/2 vise to press the new ones in.
