Default Ball joint and strut question

My 2004 F150 FX4 has about 85k on it and the top ball joint seals are destroyed and look pretty dry (may have been the leveling kit?). I noticed the mud tires are cupping every other lug on the inside, so I figure it needs the upper ball joint. I had my mechanic look it over and advised lowers felt fine. While it was on the lift I noticed the rear shocks were leaking and it need rear brakes (noticed with the assistance of my mechanic). The mechanic quoted me about $850 for everything (upper ball joints, align, balance, new rear shock and brakes).

Question is should I go ahead and replace the struts and lower ball joints in the front since everything will be apart. How much is a fair price for everything.

Price is'nt bad I did the rear shocks,/ front struts and lower ball joints in my truck and it cost me $700, if you can spare the extra coin , I'd say do it , its just piece of mind in knowing everything is new, and every mile you put on it is well spent money

Cupping in a tire normally indicates a bad shock or strut... I would do all 4 shocks and struts and both upper and lower ball joints.
